Gregory Park in Richmond Hill on June 14 at 7 a.m. and flag daynow is the time to start training. Experts say it can take up to 10 weeks to prepare your body for a half marathon, so the clock is ticking.

Participants can choose to run or walk the full 13.1 miles or take it in three-mile increments. If you decide to run be sure to wear red, white and blue in celebration of Flag Day. Fruits and sports drinks will be provided to keep you fresh and energized for the entire race.
