With a desire to create its own collection of family-oriented holiday traditions as well as to further develop a sense of community among our residents and friends, WaterWays Township hosted "Homes for the Holidays", a two-day schedule of activities for local real estate professionals as well as the general public. Festively decorated for the season, WaterWays' welcomed over 100 guests and friends during the events held on December 16-17, 2011.
Whether you were caught on camera enjoying the hay ride, singing Christmas carols, having your pictures made with Old Saint Nicholas or shopping for that last-minute gift for your special someone, WaterWays Township enjoyed sharing the natural beauty of our community and the friendly spirit of the season with our friends and visitors.
The RidgeWood Park neighborhood served as the central location for the holiday open house events, with three builder homes decorated for the festivities and available for preview. Visitors were provided with creative holiday decorating ideas as well as a glimpse at the latest offering of new homes. Year-end incentives also kept many interested participants shopping. After all, what better to put under your Christmas tree than keys to a new home?
