There’s nothing like some friendly competition to bring neighbors together. A football party is the perfect way to celebrate fall with friends and family, and a great excuse to splurge and try some new recipes! These fun snacks will have all of your guests wanting to join your team. They’re simple, tasty, and great for large groups!

Bacon and Cheese Potato Nachos: A blend of two classics, your guests will love these hearty, flavorful nachos.

You will need… fresh potatoes, chili powder, vegetable oil, and your favorite nacho toppings (we love adding cheese, bacon, peppers and other veggies).

Directions:

  • Slice your potatoes thinly, and then grill them until golden on both sides.
  • Layer on cheese and other toppings.
  • Bake at 350 degrees until toppings have melted together.

Mozzarella Pepperoni Bread: This snack takes under 30 minutes to prepare, but serves 18 people when completed. Not to mention it’s dangerously tasty!

You will need… one loaf of French bread, 3 tablespoons of butter, 3 ounces of sliced peperoni, 1.5 cups of mozzarella cheese, and 3 tablespoons of minced fresh parsley. (If you want to go a healthier route, part-skim cheese and turkey pepperoni is an option).

Directions:

  • Cut loaf of bread in half widthwise, and then cut into 1-inch slices- LEAVE SLICES ATTACHED AT THE BOTTOM.
  • Brush Butter on the inside of the bread.
  • Arrange pepperoni between slices; sprinkle cheese and parsley.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes on ungreased baking sheet.

Flavored Popcorn: Popcorn is obviously an easy, sharable, football favorite. Flavoring it can add a new twist to a classic snack! Our favorite flavor this fall is Parmesan Rosemary.

You will need… 16 cups of hot, freshly popped popcorn, ½ cup of parmesan, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh rosemary, and 2 teaspoons kosher salt.

Directions:

  • Toss hot popcorn with toppings, serve immediately.
