Everyone has their own favorite thing about the fall, whether it’s the leaves changing color, football season kicking off, apple picking, or corn mazes. There are plenty events taking place around town, but here are some extra fun family activity ideas that everyone can enjoy.
- Flag football. Football season is just around the corner, so there is no better time to get into the football spirit. Invite some neighbors over to come play a casual after-school pick-up game or host a neighborhood game planned in advance with snacks and a scoreboard.

The local Richmond Hill parks have so much history and some even have museums on site ensuring plenty of entertaining options for everyone. Visit the Richmond Hill Museum and the Fort McAllister National Park to learn more about the town’s role in the Civil War and much more.
