With the market's affirmation of our vision for Ridgewood Park's Phase One offering, we thought that it was the perfect time to expand the popular neighborhood with the opening of Phase II, which includes 30 new homesites. The homes, which will be built by our approved builders, will feature low country architectural details, comfortable living spaces, and a gorgeous wooded setting.
The 30 lots will be developed in an area that features a two-acre park as well as sites that enjoy privacy along a wooded conservation preserve. The park will be highlighted by lush green space, towering shade trees, comfortable benches, and a graceful gazebo for outdoor alfresco entertaining and casual family gatherings. These new homesites will be slightly larger than Phase One, and many will back up to our conservation area, which is a highlight of this new phase. We are working to have homesites available for touring and purchase in fall of 2013.
